Dupuy and Singer had two goals apiece in the first half as the Hornets opened a 6-0 lead at intermission, and they both had one score after the break.
Angela Bosco recorded a goal and two assists, and Kelley Smith also found the back of the net. Dupuy, Jade Woll, Emily Maxwell and Camille Bartley each added an assist.
The Hornets outshot the Quakers 25-2 and held a 7-0 edge in corner kicks. Guilford (1-13-1/1-7) goalie Kaitlyn Young made seven stops.
