#6 LC Women Roll to 6-0 Win at EMU

HARRISONBURG, VA - The sixth-ranked Lynchburg College women's soccer team remained unbeaten Saturday with a 6-0 victory at Eastern Mennonite University in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) play.

 
The contest was close through one half, as senior forward Dessi Dupuy netted the only tally in the first 45 minutes, heading in a corner kick from Marina Clark.

Lynchburg broke out after intermission, with Dupuy adding her second score less than a minute after the break. Angela Bosco and Jade Woll both found the back of the net soon thereafter, and Hannah Olds added two late insurance goals. 

Lynchburg out-shot EMU 49-2 and held a 16-0 edge in corner kicks. Brianna Stanard made 15 stops for the Royals (3-5-1/1-2 ODAC).

The Hornets (9-0/4-0 ODAC) host Randolph College Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. in another ODAC clash.
