Ferrum, Va. -- Sydney Frink put down 11 kills, Bria Hayward chipped in 10, and University of Lynchburg's volleyball team wrapped up the 2019 Old Dominion Athletic Conference portion of its schedule with a 25-20, 25-16, 25-22 sweep at Ferrum.

Hayward's 10 kills marked a career high for the sophomore, and the Newport News native added two blocks.

Alexis Davies-Hackenberg and Erin Farina split the setting duties for the Hornets (15-9, 6-6 ODAC), recording 22 and 18 assists, respectively. Each added three digs and an ace.

Lauren Stanford led the Lynchburg defense with 11 digs.

Ferrum (4-19, 0-12) nine digs, four kills, and three blocks from Layura Henry.

The Hornets' volleyball team finished the ODAC schedule with a 6-6 mark and will carry either the sixth or seventh seed into the conference tournament. Pairings for the ODAC tournament will be announced with the completion of regular-season league play November 2.

The Hornets will wrap up the regular season with two more non-conference matches, starting Saturday with a 1 p.m. first serve at Mary Washington.
