Lynchburg, Va. - The women's volleyball team heads to Gallaudet University this weekend for the 2024 Worthington Classic. The Hornets will face off against Catholic (6-7), Gallaudet(10-4), Bethel (8-3), and Marymount University (2-11) while in the nations capital. 

The Hornets will open up the event with a match vs. Catholic. This will be the 11th meeting between the two programs, Lynchburg owning the 6-4 advantage ahead of this match. This will also be the first of two meetings with Catholic and Marymount this season.

Coming off their first two three set victories of the season, the Hornets will look to carry that momentum into this affair. In their last two matches, Lynchburg has finished with three of their best attacking percentages of the season.
