Mission 

The University of Lynchburg Men's Lacrosse Alumni Association (ULMLAA), established in 2020, has been instrumental in fostering connections among alumni, students, and the University community. The ULMLAA has demonstrated significant results in helping to facilitate job and internship placements, networking, mentorship, and philanthropic support for the UL Men's Lacrosse program, including annual support directly for our student-athletes, all while advocating for the University of Lynchburg. The Association remains committed to preserving the tradition of excellence in UL Men's Lacrosse and fostering the development of student-athletes. As of July 1, 2025, the Lynchburg Men's Lacrosse Endowment is valued over $550,000.

AJ Kreshock

AJ Kreshock brings over 27 years of Technology industry expertise, beginning his career with industry titans IBM, Sun Microsystems, and Hewlett-Packard before advancing to leadership positions at innovative startups including Splunk, Snowflake, AppDynamics, H2O.ai, and Sprinklr.

Today, AJ serves as an Investor, Consultant, and Board Member/Advisor for early-stage technology companies. He co-chairs the pioneering Hangar2.org non-profit in Seattle, dedicated to enhancing youth well-being through inclusive play, and co-chairs the University of Lynchburg Men's Alumni Lacrosse Association.

AJ earned his Economics degree with a managerial concentration from the University of Lynchburg in 1991, where he played lacrosse, served as Honor Board Chairman, and received recognition in Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities for scholastic excellence. His education includes Executive programs at Harvard University and the Kellogg School of Management. He has recently joined the University of Lynchburg’s Board of Trustees.

An avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, AJ holds certifications as a PSIA Ski Instructor and NAUI Diver, while also coaching at North Seattle Lacrosse. He resides in Seattle with his wife and three children.

Andrew McKenna

Andrew McKenna is the founder and CEO of McKenna & Associates. Andrew oversees the operations and strategic management of the firm which focuses on investing the firm’s capital into a variety of specialized sectors including healthcare, energy and minerals, telecom, film, real estate, and technology. McKenna & Associates also provides strategic counsel, advisory, consulting, and research services to companies, individuals, and nonprofits through its employees and a dedicated network of advisors and partners.

An avid pilot, Andrew maintains his instrument, commercial and multi-engine ratings along with his Level I surface waiver for formation and solo aerobatics in his P-51 Mustang and North American T-6 Texan. He currently sits on the board of the Youth for Tomorrow Foundation, a youth home in Bristow, Virginia, and most recently joined Board of Directors of the Tewaaraton Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to recognizing excellence in the sport of lacrosse by annually honoring the most outstanding men’s and women’s college players and legends of the game.

Andrew graduated with a degree in Political Science from University of Lynchburg in 1999, where he played lacrosse and served as the University’s Honor Board Chairman. 

He also served on Lynchburg’s Board of Trustees for 10 years. 

He currently resides in Arlington, Virginia.

Tom Sipple

Tom Sipple brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the internet and technology sectors. A 1991 graduate of the University of Lynchburg with a degree in Managerial Economics, Tom has held pivotal leadership roles across a range of innovative companies. Notably, he was one of the first business hires at AppLovin in 2013, where he played a crucial role in scaling revenue from $6 million to $265 million, contributing to its eventual valuation as an $82 billion public company. His career also includes significant tenures as Managing Director for Yahoo SE Asia, Vice President at IAC and Tapjoy, and Chief Revenue Officer at rewardStyle.

Currently, Tom is the President of Draycott Ventures, LLC, a venture capital firm with a focus on technology, sustainability, and entertainment, where he invests in the next generation of start-ups. He also serves as a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital, investing in early-stage B2B software companies.

Committed to giving back, Tom is a 'Big Brother' in the Big Brother/Big Sisters program, actively coaches his children's sports teams, and dedicates his time to mentoring the next generation in achieving their life goals. He currently resides outside New York City with his wife, Jeanne, and their four children.
