Senior (2023): Polished off the great career in Lynchburg history leading Lynchburg to a national championship … performed in the biggest moments with two RBI in ODAC championship game, three RBI against Lebanon Valley in the regional championship game, and sent Lynchburg to the NCAA championship with a go-ahead, two-run home run against Shenandoah in the super regional … led the country with 55 walks and took over the conference lead in career walks with 149 … became the program leader in homers at 34 and RBI at 194 … drove in 60+ runs for the third-straight season … stole a career-best 30 bases … second on the team with eight home runs … led the team with 57 runs and 60 RBI … walked four times in the season-opener against Wilmington … drove in five runs against Va. Wesleyan … recorded seven RBI with two home runs against Washington and Lee …. Recorded 14 multiwalks games and 16 multihit games.

Junior (2022): Compiled one of the greatest seasons in Lynchburg baseball history and became the first player in program history with multiple first-team All-America seasons ... top 10 in DIII with a .575 on-base percentage, .856 slugging percentage, and 16 homers ... Neaves proved himself as one of the most feared hitters as led the country with 56 walks while also setting Lynchburg and ODAC single-season records ... reached base safely in all 48 of Lynchburg's games ... walked four times in on egame against Greensboro on Apr. 13 ... enjoyed 20 multihit games ... hit a home run in three-straight games from Mar. 22 - Mar. 26 ... in the Mar. 22 game against Randolph-Macon, he hit a homer and walk-off double totaling five RBI ... went yard twice in back-to-back games at Pfieffer and against Hampden-Sydney ... went 3-4 with a homer and stolen base against Salve Regina in the NCAA Tournament. 

Sophomore (2021): Slashed .377/.502/.702 in 191 ABs ... hit 10 dingers with 69 RBI ... had 35 extra-base hits ... stole 25 bags ... had 20 multihit games ... was a single away from the cycle on Feb. 24 against Averett ... went 4-4 with a homer and seven RBI against Ferrum on Mar. 6 ... went 3-5 in back-to-back games against Greensboro on Apr. 1 and Ferrum on Apr. 3 ... enjoyed a 12-game hitting streak with 26 hits and 18 RBI ... led ODAC in walks (38), doubles (18), runs (64), and RBI (69) ... tied for most stolen bases (25) and triples (7) in the conference ... also tied for second-most RBI in DIII and fifth-most runs.

Before Lynchburg: Transferred from Chesapeake College, where he hit .310 with four doubles for the Skipjacks over nine games in the shortened 2020 season ... Spent a redshirt year at St. John's River State College in Palatka, Florida.
