2017 All-ODAC Third Team
Junior (2017): A key bat in the heart of lineup, played in 34 games in his third year with the Hornets...finishing the year with a .303/.353/.492 split...tied for the team lead in home runs with five, while leading the team with 28 RBIs...went 3-5 with a home run, two doubles, three RBIs and two runs scored against rival Roanoke on April 5th...contributed four RBIs, including a three-run home run, with two runs scored against Hampden-Sydney on April 11th.
Sophomore (2016): Played in 25 games total, starting at first base as well as coming off the bench as a pinch hitter...knocked 12 hits total while scoring 10 runs...hit a triple against Guilford on 4/19, finishing the day with three hits and two RBI...had two hits and scored three runs at Greensboro 2/14...finished with .989 fielding percentage on the year.
Freshman (2015): Played in 13 games as a freshman, starting 12 at first base… Assumed a starting role midway through the season, going 7-for-18 (.389) in his first week penciled into the lineup… Developed into a powerful bat from the left side of the plate, hitting five doubles and a homer in limited action, resulting in a .490 slugging percentage… Went 4-for-6 with two doubles against Southern Virginia University on March 26… Hit his homer in a 3-for-4 performance at then No. 12-ranked Randolph-Macon College on April 11, driving in four RBI in the process.
Before LC: Two-year starter for Greg Conner and the Powhatan Indians…named First Team All-District and All-Region at designated hitter…Honorable Mention All-State at designated hitter…also named First Team All-Conference at first base in his career.
