Senior (2017): The workhorse of the pitching staff in his final year with the Hornets, throwing 88.0 innings while picking six wins...struck out 46 batters on the year...his six wins was good enough to finish tied for fifth in the conference...threw five complete games on the year, including a victory on Senior Day against Eastern Mennonite on April 29th...struck out eight batters while picking up the win against Mt. Aloysius on February 26th.
Junior (2016): Made 14 appearances as a starter and out of bullpen for his junior year...pitched a total of 31.2 innings which was good enough for fourth most on the team...struck out 15 on the season...best outing came on 4/16 at Eastern Mennonite when he came out of the bullpen to throw four innings to pick up the save, striking out four on the day...threw in both games of the doubleheader against then ranked #11 Shenandoah, throwing 2.1 innings total without surrendering a run.
Sophomore (2015): Played in a team-leading 12 games, making two starts on the season… Closed the season as the hottest of the Hornet pitchers… Earned wins in both of his starts on the season, tying for the team lead in victories… Defeated then No. 6-ranked Shenandoah University with 8 1/3 innings of work on April 18, striking out six and walking one… Also won against then No. 12-ranked Randolph-Macon College with seven innings of two-run ball on April 11… Dominant relief appearance on April 8 at Hampden-Sydney College in which he was perfect in four innings earned him his first career save… The performances against Hampden-Sydney and Randolph-Macon gained him ODAC Pitcher of the Week honors… Held left-handed hitters to a .172 batting average while limiting opponents to a .190 mark with the bases empty.
Freshman (2014): Appeared in one game for the Hornets as a freshman…made his debut with an inning of work against Southern Virginia University on April 18.
Before LC: Starter one year for Potomac Falls High School in Potomac Falls, Virginia…named a First Team All-Dulles District and Second Team All-Region outfielder in 2013…batted .387 as a senior…went 4-2 on the mound with a 3.50 ERA…was the winning pitcher in the 2013 Dulles District Championship Game…led the Panthers to the regional semifinals in 2012 and 2013…Academic Award all four years in high school…member of the National Honor Society.
