Before LC: Made Nationals two years under her coach, Kate, at Worsham…Played lacrosse at Foxcroft High School, making it to states.

Personal: The daughter of Ronnie and Virginia Canard…Has one sister…Has three cousins that played college athletics: Colleen Allen, crew at UVA, Cody Swain, lacrosse at Longwood, and Sherrie Colby, soccer at Mount St. Mary’s.
