2015 Third-Team All-ODAC
2016: Played in all 21 games in his final season in the Hornet uniform...netted 18 goals and handed out 17 assists on the year, as well as picking up 10 groundballs...contributed five points, two goals and three assists, on 4/23 against Guilford...had two goals and two assists in the ODAC semifinal win over Roanoke.
2015: Played in all 24 games with five starts . . . enjoyed a fine junior campaign with 21 goals and was fourth on the team with 14 assists . . . scored six man-up goals . . . tallied six points in a victory against Cortland State (2g, 4 a) . . . found the back of the net four times in an NCAA Tournament victory against Aurora.
2014: Used his strong second-half of his freshman year to propel himself to the second-line midfield…appeared in every game, except for the first game of the season…notched 10 goals and three assists during the season…scored two goals twice, and registered a three-point game against Bridgewater…will be asked to take on a larger role in his third season with other midfielders graduating.
2013: After seeing limited action early on the season, saw his playing time increase towards the end…scored his first-career goal at Guilford College on March 16…put six shots in the back of the cage on the year, with three assists as well…played in every NCAA tournament game…will be looked upon to provide more offense in his second season.
Before LC: Four-year letter winner and two-year starter at Thomas S. Wooten High School…helped the Patriots win four regional championships…named first-team All-Montgomery County, All-Region, second-team All-Gazette, and an All-Met honorable mention…named a team captain as a senior.
Personal: Son of Craig and Rebecca Cornelius…has a brother and a sister…minoring in business administration.
