University of Lynchburg

Margo Lee joined the Lynchburg athletics staff in the summer of 2021 as an assistant strength & conditioning coach and assistant athletic trainer.

Lee comes to the Hill City from Mississippi State University, where she is finishing a master's degree in workforce education and leadership this coming fall. As a graduate assistant in Starkville, Lee coached the Bulldogs' women's golf, women's tennis, and women's volleyball programs in the weight room.

Prior to Mississippi State, she intered for a semester at Davidson College in Davidson, N.C., where assisted with many of the Wildcats NCAA Division I athletic programs.

Lee graduated from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. with a degree in athletic training in 2019.
