University of Lynchburg

Rachel Spaulding joined Lynchburg's program as a graduate assistant in the spring of 2019 and immediately got to work building excitement for the rebirth of Hornets swimming.

A 2018 graduate of York College in York, Pa., Spaulding swam two years for the Spartans. Prior to that, she competed for two seasons at Division II West Chester University in West Chester, Pa. In 2015, she was a member of the Golden Rams' Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference championship team. The Dover, Pa., native specialized in freestyle and butterfly events.

Spaulding is pursuing a master's degree in public health at Lynchburg.
