University of Lynchburg

Since joining the University of Lynchburg in 2015, Coach Sprecher and the track & field and cross country programs have achieved significant success, including five NCAA Division III National Championships, 43 All-Americans, and 128 National Qualifiers. The teams have won 25 ODAC Championships and 15 ODAC Coach of the Year awards. Additionally, they have earned multiple national and regional accolades, with 18 nationally ranked teams, four Program of the Year rankings, and numerous academic accolades like 98 USTFCCCA Academic All-Americans and 26 Academic All-American Team honors.
