Olivia Watson joined the Lynchburg men's and women's track & field and cross country teams as an assistant coach in August 2023.
Watson serves as a graduate assistant coach for the Hornets and is a former student-athlete for the Saints of St. Lawrence University. As a Saint, Watson was an USTFCCCA All-Academic winner in 2021 and 2022, an all-region winner in the 10,000m in 2023, and a member of the women's cross country team that competed at the national championship race in 2022.
Watson earned her Psychology degree from St. Lawrence in 2023 with a minor in Exercise Science. She is pursuing her MBA at Lynchburg with a sports management emphasis.
Watson grew up in Maine.
