2012 Stats

Senior (2012): Saw valuable time as a senior right side hitter, playing in 32 matches and 93 sets, after missing junior year when joining Air Force Reserves… was fifth on the team in kills with 153 and was third on the team in total blocks with 53… also recorded 69 digs and 37 assists… killed a season-high 12 balls against Randolph-Macon on November 3, 2012.

Sophomore (2010): Played in 91 games and all 29 matches…had 178 kills, team high .329 attacking percentage, and 19 digs and blocks…third best single match attack percentage at .483 at Roanoke…tied for highest blocks in a match with 17.

Freshman (2009): Another part of a standout freshman class for Lynchburg . . . big hitter that does well in the middle and outside . . . well adept at getting good blocking position . . . defensively sound front-row player that has the potential to help LC in the future . . . played in 17 matches as a first-year player, seeing time in 42 games . . . 54 kills on the campaign to go with 17 blocks . . . had a season-high nine kills in a win over Mary Baldwin.

Before LC: An all-conference selection in 2007, 2008 and 2009 . . . all-state honoree in 2008 for the Conquistadors . . . also played soccer and basketball at Seton School.

Personal: The daughter of Carlos and Pat Lozano . . . has minors in criminology and popular culture...a member of the U.S. Air Force Reserves.
