    Head Women's Basketball Coach
Harvey joined the University of Lynchburg as the head women's basketball coach in July 2026. Before Lynchburg, she served as associate head basketball coach at Henderson State University since 2021, an NCAA Division II program in the Great American Conference. During her time at Henderson State, she helped guide the program to the 2024 GAC Tournament championship and contributed to the development of five 1,000-point scorers, five all-conference selections, one newcomer of the year, one all-region selection, and three All-GAC Tournament Team selections.

In her role at Henderson State, Harvey was responsible for all aspects of recruiting, coordinated summer camps, assisted with scouting and game planning, supported day-to-day program operations, and oversaw areas including community service, academics, team travel, and video exchange. She helped compile a program-best team GPA of 3.9 and earned WBCA Academic Top 25 Honor Roll recognition at No. 21 and No. 9 during her tenure.

Before Henderson State, Harvey served as first assistant coach and player development coordinator at Young Harris College from 2019-21. She led scouting efforts, coordinated academics, community service, team travel, social media, and strength and conditioning, and helped the program reach the Peach Belt Conference Tournament for the first time in school history while posting its first winning record since 2013-14.

Harvey also spent two seasons as an assistant basketball coach and offensive coordinator at Gannon University from 2017-19. There, she helped the team rank second in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference in team field-goal percentage at 44 percent and contributed to the development of four PSAC West all-conference players, one PSAC West Freshman of the Year, 13 PSAC West Freshman of the Week honorees, and 14 PSAC Scholar-Athletes. During her time at Gannon, she was named a WBCA Thirty Under 30 honoree in the 2018-19 season.

Harvey began her collegiate coaching career as first assistant basketball coach at Alvernia University from 2015-17. Before launching into her coaching career, she earned a Master of Science in exercise science and health promotion from California University of Pennsylvania, now PennWest California, in 2014. She earned a Bachelor of Science in exercise science from Pfeiffer University in 2013 with a sports medicine concentration and a minor in athletic coaching.
