University of Lynchburg

Dr. Nancy Hubbard came to University of Lynchburg in the summer of 2018 as the dean of the College of Business.

Not long after, she assumed a role as one of the Hornets' faculty athletic representatives. In November of 2019, she was appointed to the NCAA Faculty Athletic Representative Association's executive board as the Division III vice president.

Prior to Lynchburg, Hubbard was the director for Goucher College's Center for Education in Baltimore, Md. She also served as the Gophers' FAR.

Hubbard was a standout swimmer at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and graduated in 1985 with a degree in business administration and an art history minor. She holds a master's in management from University of Oxford's St. Anne's College and a DPhil in management from Oxford's Templeton College.
