W&L Eliminates LC Volleyball from ODAC Tourney in Three

            ROANOKE, VA - Washington & Lee University, the top seed in the 2010 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) volleyball tournament, defeated #5Lynchburg College 25-14, 25-23, 25-18 in the semifinals of the tourney.

            Senior Michelle Boucher (Chesapeake, VA/Nansemond Suffolk) led the Hornets with six kills, while Rachel Huffman (Virginia Beach, VA/Bayside), Rebecca Loftis (Coventry, CT/Coventry) and Marion Lozano (Manassas, VA/Seton Hill) each had four kills. Brooke Moughon (Mathews, VA/Mathews) had 14 assists and Elena Kritter (Culpeper, VA/Rappahannock) posted 14 digs.

            The Hornets end the 2010 season 17-12.
