-
After Yellow Jackets tore out to an early 2-1 lead, Lynchburg goals by senior midfielder Ryan Kardux (Wayne, N.J.) and McGuire in the final 3 minutes of the first period gave LC a lead it wouldn't relinquish.
-
Lombardo polished off a hat trick in the second quarter, bookending a 7-0 period with goals as the Hornets battled to a 10-2 halftime advantage.
-
After scoring once in the second, Robinson took over in the third. The sophomore scored twice in the first 3 minutes of the second half and added another score midway through as Lynchburg ended all doubt.
