Seven Hornets Honored As All-Americans By USILA & USA Lacrosse Magazine

Lynchburg, Va. -- Following a fantastic 2026 campaign, the University of Lynchburg men's lacrosse team had seven student-athletes named to All-American teams by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) and USA Lacrosse Magazine.

Riley Hastings headlined the group with a First Team All-American selection by USILA and Second Team All-American honor by USA Lacrosse Magazine. Hastings becomes the first Lynchburg athlete to be named a USILA First Team All-American since Chris Darminio earned the accolade in 2023. The senior rewrote the program's record book, tying Austin Stewart for the most points in a career with 300 and setting the single-game points record with 13 against Christopher Newport.

Parker Sealey was named to the USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American First Team and USILA All-American Third Team. The Severna Park, Md. native was a force on the defensive end as a short stick defensive middie, but also significantly contributed on the offensive end. He finished the season with 15 points on 10 goals and five assists while grabbing 36 ground balls and forcing six opponent turnovers. Riley Frankel was tabbed to the All-American Second Team by both organizations. Frankel boasted the 17th-best faceoff winning percentage in the country (69.5%) and grabbed the 13th-most ground balls per game (9.29), both marks led the ODAC.

Junior Liam Holman landed on the USILA All-American Third Team and received an All-American Honorable Mention from USA Lacrosse Magazine. The Towson, Md. product finished with the second-most points on the team, racking up 42 goals and 17 assists. Kylar Mahoney was selected as a USA Lacrosse All-American Second Teamer and earned an Honorable Mention on the USILA All-American list. Mahoney captained the defensive unit for the Hornets and led the team with 31 caused turnovers. Additionally, key impact players Will Rubley and Luke Meadows were named as USILA All-American Honorable Mentions for the spectacular seasons they produced.
