Lynchburg, Va. -- The University of Lynchburg men's lacrosse team's game against Stevenson University that was scheduled to be played on Saturday, April 4, has been canceled due to scheduling conflicts caused by inclement weather.

Due to dangerous weather conditions yesterday, schedules needed to be shifted accordingly. As both programs looked to reschedule the date of competition, there was not an available date for the remainder of the regular season, therefore both programs elected to cancel the game for the 2026 season.

The Hornets will turn their attention to their next competition against Guilford on Wednesday, April 8 at 7 p.m. on Shellenberger Field.
