Forest, Va. --Â The Old Dominion Athletic Conference released the second class of the ODAC Hall of Fame with 36 inductees representing 14 schools for their contributions to the conference.
"The announcement of our second Hall of Fame class is another chance to celebrate the people who have helped make the ODAC what it is today," relayed ODAC Commissioner Brad Bankston. "Each honoree has their own story, but they all made a lasting impact on our conference and helped set the standard for those who came after them. We're proud to recognize what they accomplished and excited to celebrate the lasting mark they've made on the ODAC."
Honorees from the University of Lynchburg for the 2026 class included Pat Aronson, Aubrey Moon, and Dr. Todd Olsen. Pat Aronson was a member of the Lynchburg community for over 35 years, serving and advancing the athletic training department in an administrative role before retiring after the completion of the 2025-26 academic year. Her contributions to the school and athletic training department set a remarkable standard for one of the best athletic training groups across the country.
Aubrey Moon '56 was a multi-sport athlete at Lynchburg (baseball, men's basketball, and men's soccer) and later joined the institution as a teacher of health, movement science, and recreation courses. Additionally, he coached multiple teams at Lynchburg, started the women's track and field program, and concluded his career on campus achieving championships coaching softball. The softball field is named in his honor.
Dr. Todd Olsen will conclude an outstanding 33-year career as the head coach of the women's soccer program upon the completion of the 2026 fall season. His teams have reached unprecedented heights at Lynchburg: the 2014 National Championship title, 24 All-Americans, five Academic All-Americans, 17 ODAC Championship trophies, and 21 NCAA tournament births.
