In 2026, Ricards Spaks became the first member of the men’s team to earn ODAC Player of the Year honors since Pete Moran in 1986. The men’s team produced an eight-win season for the second year in a row, while Spaks maintained a 14-2 record throughout the season. On the women’s side, Lynchburg advanced to the ODAC Semifinals for the first time since 2022 and ended the season with an 11-6 overall record. The Hornets are excited to continue their momentum into the 2026-27 season.
