Head coach Christina Harvey and the Hornets are grateful for your support of the team!

Coach Harvey is set for her first year at the helm of the Hornets' women's basketball program for the 2026-27 season. Last year, Lynchburg finished with an overall record of 15-14. Audra Petty led the team in scoring and was named an all-conference honoree, effectively extending the team's streak of 15 straight years with an All-ODAC performer. Taylor Brown, Madison Hoffman, and Bree Spainhour were selected to the CSC Academic All-District team.

"I am beyond excited to be part of the University of Lynchburg and the Women's Basketball Program! Lynchburg is a special place. Building a successful program takes an entire community: staff and players, to the alumni, fans, parents, and families. The continued support from all makes a tremendous impact on our student-athletes. It helps create an environment where our student-athletes can develop, reach their full potential, and compete at a high level. The generosity of our Lynchburg WBB family continues to provide our young women with championship experiences on and off the court, so thank you!"
