2010: placed 11th out of 56th at the Randolph College Invitational with a finished time of 29:47…registered finished time of 27:48.98 at the Virginia meet.
2009: Repeated as an All-ODAC performer ... placed 11th at the ODAC Championship by running the course in 28:24 ... highest finish was eighth at the Blue Ridge Invitational with a time of 27:08 ... fastest run was 26:48 at the Paul Short Invitational ... came in 19th at the Virginia Wesleyan Invitational ... had his third fastest run at the NCAA Championship with a time of 27:42.
2008: Finished 22nd in the Blue Marlin Invitational with a time of 29:13 . . . finished 38th (28:41) overall in the JMU Open Invitational in New Market, VA . . . was LC's top finisher at the Generals Cross Country Invite, as he placed seventh overall in 29:59 . . . earned 42nd place at the Dickinson Long/Short Invitational, running the short 4K course in 12:59 . . . was the Hornets top placer at the Hagan Stone Park XC Classic as he ran a 27:53, good for 36th overall . . . took 66th place (27:24) at the Gettysburg XC Invite . . . took 14th place in the 2008 ODAC Championships, running a 26:21, which also earned him All-ODAC accolades for the meet . . . finished 70th in the NCAA South/SE Regional meet, running the 8K course in 27:47.
2007: Ran in four events ... Had a 5K time of 19:08 at the VMI Cross Country Opener ... posted times of 32:32 at the ODAC Championship and 34:54 at the Generals Cross Country Invitational
Before LC: Won 11 letters as a member of the Raider cross country and track teams . . . was a seven-time SMAC conference champion, winning events such as the 8K run in XC, and the 1600 and 800 runs in track . . . never lost a meet from his sophomore season on the cross country course.
Personal: Son of Roland and Toni Demers . . . has one brother and one sister . . . also runs for the LC track teams . . . was born in Naples, Italy.
