2012: Had a stellar performance in the ODAC Championships, placing first overall and recording a time of 26:16.1… crossed the finish line second with a time of 25:22.4 at the South/Southeast Regional Championships, helping the Hornets win their third straight regional title… recorded his fastest time of the year of 25:00.8 and placed 25^th at nationals in Terra Haute, Indiana… earned All-American honors for the first time in his career and also captured the ODAC Runner of the Year Award… received All-South/Southeast Region, First-Team All-ODAC, ODAC Athlete of the Week honors.

2011: Top finisher for Lynchburg College at the ODAC Championships with a time of 26:29.5...6th place finish in the NCAA South/Southeast Regional with a time of 26:36.6.

2010:Finished 7^th of 56 at the Randolph College Invitational with a time of 29:33..finished 4^th out of 85 at the ODAC Championship with a time of 26:25

Before LC: Along with cross country, ran indoor and outdoor track in High School...minor in human resource management.
