2024 All-ODAC 1st Team Distance Medley Relay

Sophomore (2021): Ran three times in his first collegiate cross country season, highlighted by a 17th-place finish at Rowan's Inter-Regional Border Battle (28:14.0) and 56th at ODAC championships.

Freshman (2020): No cross country season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Before Lynchburg: State qualifier in cross country, helping the Blue Devils to a Mid-Penn Colonial Division championship ... Honor student.
