Senior (2018): Put together the race of a lifetime at the South/Southeast Regional meet, an 8k season-best 25:52.3 through the mud to place sixth and qualify for the national meet ... Raced to 151st at the Division III championship meet with another solid 8k race (25:54.1) ... Took fourth at the ODAC championships (26:14) ... Also placed top 30 at Appalachian State's Covered Bridge Open and the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite.

Junior (2017): Burst into the program's all-time top 10, running the 8k regional course at Newport News in 25:17.5 to take 24th ... Was fifth in the ODAC championships two weeks prior in Virginia Beach (25:11.5) ... Also placed in the top 50 at Rowan's Inter-Regional Border Battle and Appalachian State's Covered Bridge Invite.

Sophomore (2016): Emerged as one of the Hornets' strongest runners with a 26:19.2 8k race at the Paul Short Invitational in Bethlehem, Pa. ... Ran to 10th at the ODAC championships (26:57.1), helping LC to a second-place team finish ... Tacked on top-10 finishes at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational and the ODAC Preview meets in the season's early going.

Freshman (2015): Ran a season-best 28:21.6 for 47th at the ODAC championship meet.

Before Lynchburg: Started all four years at Central High School in Woodstock, Va. … Earned eight letters during high school career between cross country, track & field, and swimming… Central High School Athlete of the Year and honor roll student.
