Senior (2022):Â Cemented her legacy as one of the greatest women's runners in program history, repeating as ODAC individual champion and helping the Hornets to their first-ever regional title ... Became the third woman in Lynchburg cross country history to break 22 minutes with a personal-best 6k race of 21:51.2 to place 27th at Lehigh's Paul Short Run ... Won the ODAC championship in 21:55.8 to lead the Hornets to a repeat title ... Took sixth in the NCAA South Region meet and 95th at NCAA Division III championships.
Junior (2021):Â Competed in six meets in her junior season, finishing strong with PRs in her final two races ... Won the ODAC individual title (23:28.8) and helped Lynchburg edge Washington and Lee for the program's first team title since 2009 Oct. 30 at Bridgewater ... Raced to fourth at the NCAA South Region championships with a personal-best time of 22:48.4 ... Set another new PR on her way to 135th at NCAA Division III championships (22:39.8).
Sophomore (2020):Â No cross country season due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Freshman (2019):Â Jumped right into Lynchburg's top five, highlighting her season with a 19th-place finish and 6k PR at ODAC championships (23:25.7).
