Senior (2021): Continued to be at the forefront of the Lynchburg distance program's resurgence, earning four top-five finishes on the season and successfully defending his individual ODAC championship ... Raced to fourth at the Louisville Classic Oct. 2, breaking former national champion Ricky Flynn's 8k program record in 24:27.0 ... Won the individual ODAC title in 26:28.3 through muddy conditions as Lynchburg cruised off with the team championship ... Won the NCAA South Region championship Nov. 13 in 25:17.8 ... On Nov. 20, ran to his best-ever national championship finish, 63rd, finishing in 24:36.2.

Junior (2020): No cross country season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Sophomore (2019): Remained at the front of the pack for the Hornets, helping the team to a runner-up finish in the ODAC and a fourth-place regional result ... Qualified for the NCAA championships again with a runner-up finish at the South/Southeast Regional (25:07.0) ... Finished 138th at nationals (25:43.5) ... Came within a second of the program record in his ODAC championship performance (24:44.1).

Freshman (2018): Enjoyed one of the finest rookie seasons in recent memory, culminating with a season-best 8k (25:58.1) to finish 172nd at the Division III national championship meet ... Took 14th at regionals and eighth in the ODAC championship meet, dropping time in both events to finish the year strong ... Also finished top 30 at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite.

Before Lynchburg: Seven-time all-state competitor in cross country and track and All-New England cross country runner as a senior for the Warriors ... Helped team to a state runner-up finish as a freshman ... Also competed in basketball and soccer.
