Junior (2020): No cross country season due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Sophomore (2019): Competed in four meets ... Ran his personal-best 8k at Appalachian State's Covered Bridge Invite (28:22.9) ... Finished 30th at the ODAC championships in Salem (28:36.5).
Freshman (2018): Competed in five meets for the Hornets ... Set his season-best 8k (28:22.9) at the opening meet, Appalchian State's Covered Bridge Invite ... Raced to 30th at the ODAC championships in Winchester (28:36.5).
Before Lynchburg: Was an all-state runner for the Knights in the indoor 1,000m; 4x800m, 4x400m, and 4x200m relays; outdoor 1,600m and 4x800m relay ... Holds the school record in the 1,000m (2:41) ... National Honor Society member and honor roll student.
