2012 Stats

Senior (2012): Another senior that took on an increased role in her final year…scored eight goals and tallied two assists to finish fifth on the team in points, with 18…tall and athletic player that used her length to outrun players…great stick work, which helped set up the overtime game-winner over Catholic University…another option upfront that will be tough to replace.

Junior (2011): Played in 20 games for LC… scored six goals.

Sophomore (2010): Played in 14 games as a sophomore… scored one goal for the Hornets… had seven shots with six on goal.

Freshman (2009): A very athletic attack player for the Hornets . . . played well in limited time this season . . . improved tactically over the campaign . . . will fight for more time up front next season with the loss of two senior attack players . . . played in eight games, firing one shot agains the Vixens of Sweet Briar.

Before LC: Was a four-year letter winner and three-season starter for the Cavaliers and head coach Donna Stables . . . was a first-team all-district and second-team all-region as a senior . . . was named team MVP as a senior and also received the coaches award as a junior . . . scored six times and assisted on 11 goals her last season at Clover Hill . . . also lettered in soccer . . . CHHS Honor Roll.

Personal: Daughter of Charles and Lisa Nelson . . . one sister.
