University of Lynchburg

Bolt, a 2010 graduate from University of Richmond, joined the Hornets as the goalkeeper coach in March 2024 after spending four years in Nashville, Tenn. with the Nashville Field Hockey Club.

She helped start the program in Nashville making it the second program she’s helped establish. Bolt began her coaching career at Liberty University ahead of the field hockey team’s inaugural season in 2011. She coached with the Flames from 2011-16, spent a year in Williamsburg, Va. with William & Mary, then returned to the Hill City for two more seasons with Liberty. During her time with the Flames, she helped coach the team to two NorPac championships, made two NCAA Tournament runs with the Flames, and helped multiple goalkeepers and defensive players to all-conference, all-state, and all-region awards. 

During her playing days at Richmond, Bolt and the Spiders won the A-10 Tournament and made two runs to the NCAA Tournament in 2006 and 2009.
