Maggie Fees joined the Lynchburg coaching staff as an assistant coach ahead of the 2024 season. After her playing career at Elizabethtown, Fees transitioned into an assistant coaching role in 2021 before becoming the head coach in 2023.
In her second season at Lynchburg, Fees helped lead the Hornets to the 2025 ODAC title and an NCAA Second Round appearance. In addition, she mentored five All-Region honorees, include NFHCAÂ All-Americans Khanyisile Mzizi and Anna Dorrestijn. The Hornets secured three ranked victories during the regular season.
In 2024, the Hornets posted a 16-5 record and toppled Susquehanna 2-1 in the NCAA First Round. Fees helped the team post a 10-1 home record and led 10 All-ODAC selections.
