University of Lynchburg

Northern Virginia native Justin O'Dell joined the Lynchburg men's basketball staff prior to the 2018-19 season.

O'Dell is active in youth travel basketball, serving as the regional director and coach for Team Attack (434) and previously for Team Loaded CVA, Loudoun Basketball Academy, and Loudoun Triple Threat. He was also an assistant at nearby Randolph College in 2017-18 and previously coached the high school boys at Heritage High School in Leesburg, Va., and a middle school boys at Lynchburg's Liberty Christian Academy.

He is finishing up a degree in coaching at Liberty University.
