After graduating magna cum laude with B.S. in health and physical education in 2010, Bianco remained at Lynchburg as a graduate assistant. She was on the Hornet softball staff from 2011-15 and earned her M.Ed. from the college in 2013.
In 2015, Bianco moved to Albany, Ga., to assist with the program at Darton State College.
She returned to Lynchburg in the fall of 2015 as a full-time assistant with Coach Simmons and aids in every facet of the softball program.
