Michelle Lehan joined the Lynchburg softball coaching staff in the summer of 2021 after wrapping up a successful four-year playing career with the Hornets.

Lehan played part of some of the most effective pitching staffs in the program's history, helping Lynchburg to NCAA tournament appearances in 2018 and 2019, including the 2019 Virginia Beach Regional title, and an Old Dominion Athletic Conference runner-up finish in 2021. The Virginia Beach native earned an ODAC pitcher of the week award in March of 2021.

She graduated from Lynchburg in 2021 with a Bachelor’s in Criminology and holds a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Michelle is currently working for Harvest Outreach Center. Michelle has been a great addition to our staff and loves sharing her passion and new ideas with our pitching staff.
