2011-2012 (Indoor): Finished first in the shot put at the ODAC Championship with a distance of 50’0.75”…Placed sixth in the weight throw at the ODAC Championship with a distance of 41’7.25”…Named ODAC Athlete of the Week on February 20^th after winning the shot put event at the VMI Winter Relays with a distance of 49’11.75”. (Outdoor): Finished second in the shot put at the ODAC Championship…Had his season best shot put throw at the VMI-W&L Track and Field Carnival with a distance of 47’9.75”…His season best discus throw came at with a distance of 111’7”…Threw his best hammer throw at with a distance of 111’11”.

2010-2011: (Indoor) Threw the shot put 14.15 meters at Appalachian State…Placed first in the ODAC with a toss of 47' 6.25" in the shot put…(Outdoor)…First in the ODAC in the shot put with a toss of 47' 0.75" at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational.

2009-2010: Indoor- A freshman who is a member of one of the best throwing teams in the conference ... ranks third on the team in the shot put event where he had an impressive throw of 13.95 meters and also competed in the weight throw where his best throw came in at 11.09 meters ... both of these top distances came in the ODAC Indoor Championships.

Before LC: Named First-Team All-County, All-League, All-Suburban, and All-North 1 Group 2...threw the shot put 54'7.75" in outdoor...Mahwah High School shot put record holder for indoor track...also played football, basketball, and baseball and was named Second-Team All-Conference in football.
