Sophomore Year: Raced in four meets during his sophomore indoor season … set a PR in the 3,000 (9:02.24) to begin the season in Wittenberg … finished fourth at the ODAC Indoor Championships in the mile, running 4:20.17 … Opened the outdoor season on fire, rewriting his list of personal bests in four of his first five races … Earned PRs in the 5,000 (15:50.71), 1,500 (4:00.04), mile (4:18.94), and broke two minutes in the 800 (1:59.67) … Finished tenth at the ODAC Outdoor Championships in the 1,500.

Before Lynchburg: Team MVP and sportsmanship award winner for the Lions ... Also played basketball.
