2023 ODAC Indoor All-Conference: High Jump

Senior year: Continued his dominance as a versatile sprints-jumps specialist in six meets throughout the indoor season … Season highlighted by personal bests in the triple jump (13.64m) and high jump (1.93m) at the ODAC Indoor Championships, where he finished fourth and third, respectively … Placed in the top 10 nine times throughout the season, including first place in the high jump at the VMI Team Challenge … Also set a new personal best in the 400 at the Wittenberg Steamer Showcase (51.89) … Competed in five meets during his senior outdoor season, once again recording nine top-10 finishes … Finished 3rd in the high jump and triple jump at the ODAC Outdoor Championships, also scoring in the 400 hurdles.
