2025 Outdoor ODAC Champion: 4x100m Relay 
2025 Indoor ODAC All-Conference: 4x400m Relay 

Sophomore Year: Sprinted in nine meets for the Hornets during the indoor season, highlighted by ten top-10 finishes … Set a personal best in the 60 at the ODAC Indoor Championships (6.89), earning 4th place in finals … Finished 1st in the 60 at the Virginia Tech Challenge with a 6.90 performance … Competed in six outdoor meets, finishing in the top 10 nine times and earning a PR in the 100 (10.75) and 200 (21.68) … Finished 4th in the conference in the 100 and 5th as a member of the 4x100 relay team.

Before Lynchburg: Helped Bird to a VHSL 4x400m state championship in 2021 ... USA South indoor 60m and 200m champion as a freshman at Mary Baldwin, earning all-region and All-State honors.
