Junior Year: Competed in five meets during his junior indoor season, setting new PRs in the 3,000 (9:05.91) and mile (4:22.80) … Finished in the top 10 three times, including 5th place in the 800 at the ODAC Championships … Ran two meets in the outdoor season, setting a new personal best in the 400 (52.76). 
 

Before Lynchburg: All-state, all-region, and school record-holder at John Champe ... Helped his team to four regional championships ... Honor student.
