Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the ODAC Championships with a 10:10.55 personal best … Recorded season bests in the 800m (2:03.82) and 1,500m (4:20.08) at the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational
Indoor: Helped the distance medley relay team to a 10:31.32 performance to earn first place at the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Championships for his first conference title … Clocked a 9:22.67 personal best in the 3,000m at the Joe LaRocco Invitational to place 12th

Freshman (2022-23): Served as an immediate contributor in his freshman indoor season, including a 5th place finish at the Joe LaRocco Invitational and 3rd at the Virginia Tech Challenge in the 800 … Set a personal best in the mile at the Liberty Open (4:33.70) … Carried his momentum into the outdoor season, competing in five meets and setting PRs in the 1,500 (4:05.04), 400 (54.95), and 800 (1:55.92) … Scored as a freshman and finished 7th in the ODAC Outdoor Championships in the 800.
