Sophomore Year: Immediately contributed in his sophomore indoor campaign, running his first track season with the Hornets … Earned four top-10 results, notably a first-place finish with the DMR team at the ODAC Indoor Championships … Set personal bests in the mile (4:17.79) and 800 (1:52.97) … Raced in five meets during the outdoor season, highlighted by PRs in the 1,500 (4:02.54) and a victory in the 5,000 at the WildCat Twilight Meet (14:54.72).

Before Lynchburg: Three-time DCL all-star ... Helped Concord Carlisle to a 2018 state cross country title and 2021 4x800m championship.
