2011-2012 (Indoor):  His season best 800m at the Liberty Open meet with a time of 2:06.39…Ran his season best 1 mile at the Vince Brown Invitational with a time of 4:41.46. (Outdoor): Ran his season best 800m at the VMI-W&L Track and Field Carnival with a time of 2:08.63…His season best 1500m came at the Dr. Jack M. Toms Open with a time of 4:12.45.

2010-11: (Indoor) Ran the 800m in 2:03.97 at the Dick Taylor UNC Invitational…Ran the one-mile in 4:36.33 at the Liberty Open…(Outdoor)…Ran the 1500m in 3:57.88 at the ODAC Outdoor Championships..Posted a time of 16:12.06 in the Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invite
