Sophomore Year: Picked up right where he left off to begin his sophomore indoor campaign, setting personal bests in the first three meets of the season … Ran 9:00.41 at the Finn Pincus Invitational in the 3,000, while also crushing his previous PRs in the 5,000 in Wittenberg (15:15.36) and mile at the Joe LaRocco Invitational (4:33.54) … Finished in the top 10 three times during the outdoor season, highlighted by personal bests in the 1,500 (4:07.88) and 10,000 (32:26.10) … Scored 6th in the 10k at the ODAC Outdoor Championships.

Before Lynchburg: All-region performer in cross country for the Grizzlies ... Three-time state qualifier in track & field ... Also competed in swimming.
