Junior Year: Set personal bests in his first three indoor meets, as well as earning two top-10 finishes … Set personal bests in the 3,000 at the Finn Pincus Invitational (8:59.91), 5,000 at the Wittenberg Steemer Showcase (15:29.42), and mile at the Joe LaRocco Invitational (4:30.40) … Finished 6th in the 5k at the ODAC Indoor Championships … Raced five times during outdoor, highlighted by a season-best finish in the 10k at the ODAC Outdoor Championships for 7th place (32:45.26) … Set a PR at the Jack M. Toms Invitational in the 1,500 (4:06.04).

Before Lynchburg: Was named All-Conference four times... named All-County three times...named All-Region one time...member of 2019 outdoor track and field conference and regional winner...also swam for Reagan High School...member of National Honor Society
