2009-2010: Indoor- A top thrower and leader for the Hornets ... had his best performances in the ODAC Indoor Championships ... finished second in the weight throw with a distance of 15.50 meter and third in the shot put with a throw of 14.04 meter collecting a total of 14 points for the Hornets ... had best distances in both events with the weight throw coming in at 16.15 meters and the shot put at 14.59 meters.

2008-09: Outdoor - A strong thrower for the Hornets ... scored points for LC in every event he partook in ... finished third in Hammer Throw with a distance of 43.21m ... came in fourth in the Shot Put with a length of 13.13m ... and in the discus throw came in third measuring out at 39.32m ... totaled 16 points for the team all together. Indoor - A thrower for the Hornets...claims the number one spot in shot put with a distance of 14.08m...he holds fourth among the Hornets in the weight throw.

Before LC: Played four years at Jefferson Forest...Cavalier's were district champs...also played one year of football.

Personal: Son of Dean and Kathy Pavia...brother, Anthony Pavia, played track at LC.
