2008 ODAC Indoor 5,000 meter Third Place
2009-2010: Indoor- A superb junior long distance runner for LC track team ... ranks fourth on the team in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:04.72 ... ranks second on the team in the 3000 meter and 5000 meter runs with times of 8:51.67 and 15:24.08 respectively ... ran in the ODAC Indoor Championships in the 1 mile run where he came in fourth as well as ranking second on the team with a time of 4:27.58 which garnered 4 points for the team.
2008-09: Outdoor - An excellent long distance runner for the Hornets ... ranks in the top three on the team in 800m (3rd), 1500m (2nd), 3000m (1st) and 5000m (2nd) runs ... ran his best time in the 3000m run at the Richmond Ken Hardy Invitational with a time of 8:38.12 ... won first place in the ODAC tournament in the 5000m run with an impressive time of 15:46.75. Indoor - One of the best long distance runners for the Hornets . . . specialized in the mile, 3000 and 5000 meter events for LC . . . ran a 8:44.34 in the 3000 meter race at the Boston University Valentines Invite . . . second-best time on the squad in the 5000, running a 15:23.11 at the ETSU Niswonger Invite . . . finished fourth at the ODAC meet in the 25 lap event, running a 15:46.73.
2007-08: Outdoor: Third on the team in the 1500 meters at 4:04.74 and second in the 5000 meter run at 15:05.95. Indoor: Tops on the team in the 1000 meter run with a time of 2:39.40...team second-best time of 8:57.03 in the 3000 meters...posted season-best times of 15:39.07 in the 5000 meters and 4:27.85 in the one miler.
Before LC: Was a member of the Midland Park cross country team.
