Senior Year: Continued embellishing one of the most impressive track resumes in Lynchburg track and field history, earning three All-American honors in his senior season … Raced in six meets during the indoor season, including seven top-10 finishes and a personal best in the 3,000 at the Wittenberg Steemer Showcase (8:17.36) … Finished 1st in the mile at the ODAC Indoor Championships (4:10.04) … Helped the DMR team to a 2nd place finish at the Tufts National Qualifying Meet, securing a spot in nationals … Finished 4th for an All-American honor at the Division III Indoor National Championships in the DMR (9:49.53) … Raced in ten meets during his senior outdoor season, highlighted by four PRs on his way to two All-American finishes … Set a personal best in the 5,000 at the Colonial Relays (14:39.06), followed by a PR and 1st place finish in the mile at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic, good for 8th all-time in Division III (4:05.41) … Won the 800 at Dennis Craddock with a 1:49.62 finish … Finished 2nd in the 1,500 and 1st in the 800 at the ODAC Outdoor Championships … Set a personal best at the Widener Final Qualifier in the 1,500 (3:45.18) … Earned a PR in the 800 prelims at the NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championships (1:49.38), finishing 6th in finals … Finished 4th in the 1,500 finals at nationals (3:46.45).
